You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this site. Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of posts on this System. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages and are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of the Graebtech Network. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of this site immediately. We have the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password to another member, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another member's account to post messages or browse this site. After you register and log into this Network, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed. Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this System or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement. No Soliciting to admins or anyone else on the Graebtech Network, Anytime, For Any Reason, Violators will be added the the Master IP Ban List of every server in the Graebtech Network, including but not limited to web servers, game servers, voip servers! To increase the ease of use on the Graebtech Network we have modified the system so your account works on all Graebtech Forums, and most other resources! There is no need to register to each site individually! If you are Applying for a Gamestats Ranked MOD Server, you must accept this Agreement or be denied by default! The Files provided by Gamestats.ws (Graebtech Networks) are only made available to those who have recieved explicit permission by following the application process! Any Server owner who has recieved the files is by no means or for any reason except on order of Gamestats.ws(Graebtech Networks) to Upload, Download, Post, Edit, or otherwise make public the contents of said files! Doing so Renders your application and membership invalid, as well as all ranked server under said contract to be redlisted, and no further transmissions will be accepted from said servers by the Gamestats.ws Systems! Any attempt to continue transmission of stats after a contract termination will result in immediate contact, further attempts will result in legal actions! Any attempt to discredit this sites purpose, or bring down the morale of this community will effectively give you a warning! A second incident will SEAL your FATE into the BAN LIST! Any Negativity spread by you will be grounds to review and revoke your priviledges to this site at our sole descression!
