Windows CTF Server Launcher

Hey guys,

Awsome job DC team game rocks....
but server creation is a bit complicated so i made a simpler way of doing a server.

CTF Server Launcher is the BF2 server launcher but it launches CTF servers with no command line edits, special setups or anything, just start a server as easily as it was in bf2....

please post what you think of this file good bad whatever!
