1.  In the event a file or other production is found containing a third parties work without having the third parties permission the file(s) shall be deleted immediatly!
 
2.  Graebtech.com is in no way responsible for lost, deleted, or damaged files!
 
3.  In the event stolen work(plagerism) is accused, Graebtech.com is in no way responsible and by hosting your files here you agree for graebtech.com to forward all such information it recieves to you the files owner!
 
4.  You the owner of the file have exclusive right over it, if you decide to remove, modify, warp, recreate, or otherwise somehow alter its existence on the server, you have the complete right to do so!
 
5.  Every Hosted file will have a poll associated with it for users to rate its quality!  Files with an overall score lower than 5% will be removed!
